Gray - Nellie Gott

Nellie Maud Gray of New Ross, age 75, died Saturday morning at the Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. She was born in Fountain County, September 9, 1905, the daughter of George and Iva Durbin Gott. April 1, 1922, she married Arnold Stub Gray, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Gray was a member of the New Ross United Methodist Church, Conservation Club and Community Club. She and her husband operated a poultry business at New Ross for many years and she had also worked at the New Ross Grocery.
Surviving is a brother, Ernest Durbin.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at New Ross United Methodist Church with Rev. Victor Link officiating. Burial was in New Ross Cemetery. Hunt and Son Funeral Home in Crawfordsville was in charge of arrangements. – thanks to S
